Alex Saltzman

Alex’s career in real estate development spans more than two decades and began at Toll Brothers, where he directed single-family, reposition, and rehabilitation projects for four years. Most recently, as a partner at Alchemy Properties, Alex led all phases of the development cycle for high-end commercial and residential real estate, from acquisitions and financing, into design and construction, through to marketing and sales. Notably, Alex led the conversion of New York City’s iconic Woolworth Building, a National Historic Landmark, into a super-premium residential condominium.

Outside his professional life, Alex has served as a professor at the Schack Institute at New York University, and as a lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Alex holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

He lives with his family in Westchester County, NY.
