Alison has more than 20 years of legal experience representing aviation businesses with a focus on representing Airport based businesses including drafting and negotiating long term airport leases, tenant leases, representing employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Before joining Sky Harbour, she was with the Law Offices of Paul A. Lange, LLC. Alison is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Air and Space Law and serves as co-chair of the Forum’s Airport Committee. She is also a member of Women in Aviation International.
Alison holds a juris doctorate from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Alison resides in Trumbull, CT with her husband, Frank, and their daughter Alexis.
