Doug’s real estate career has spanned 25 years with projects ranging from suburban subdivisions to large mixed-use urban infill projects to retail and industrial projects. He has personally overseen the development and construction of over $900 million in commercial RE projects. Notable areas of expertise include managing multi-disciplinary teams in all aspects of the development lifecycle including architecture/design, entitlements/approvals, and construction management. At Sky Harbour, Doug oversees and manages the design and construction teams to deliver projects on-time and on-schedule to maximize the value of the Sky Harbour model to its shareholders.
Doug received a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University, and a M.B.A. in Finance with concentration in Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Outside of his professional life, Doug is active in his community through his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and is a steadfast practitioner of Ba Gua Zhang Kung Fu.
Doug resides in NJ with his wife Kim, and daughter Angelina.
