Neil Szymczak

Neil served in the United States Navy for 10 years, piloting the Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion, and the Boeing P-8A Poseidon, as a Mission Commander and Instructor Pilot. He continues to serve in the United States Navy Reserves. Neil was a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, with a focus on Aviation Infrastructure, and a Defense Industry lobbyist on Capitol Hill.
Outside of his professional life, Neil enjoys motorsports, golf and Legos (with his kids).
Neil holds a Bachelors in Science from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Neil and Renae are parents to two children, a daughter and a son.
Neil is responsible for identifying and securing Sky Harbour’s development sites, and for working with Airport Sponsors to maximize value created for the airport community.
